Lake Management & Boating

Our members have the opportunity to enjoy the advantages of our onsite, private lake. From fishing to boating to spending long afternoons on the beach and picnicking, there’s something for everyone. 

Boating

• All watercraft (new or old) must stop and register at the front gate with the gate attendant on duty. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• "Any boat brought into Cinnamon Lake must be impounded for FOURTEEN (14) days at a designated impound area before being permitted to be put into the lake or taken to residence." Page 36, Section E of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
• Only non-gas engines with a 5 HP limit are allowed on our lake.
• All watercraft must be registered with the office and all required identification and yearly use stickers must be on the watercraft BEFORE it enters the lake.
• Yearly use stickers must be purchased (and displayed) for any watercraft in our community, whether in use or not.
• A portion of the yearly use sticker fee is given to the Fish & Lake Committee to help fund the stocking of the lake.
